1. Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for products purchased directly from skinglow.ae. You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

  • All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging with all accessories, free from damage, and with a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

3. Refund Process

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer support team at support@skinglow.ae with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return is received safely.

  4. Processing Refund: After we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be notified by email once the refund has been processed.

Note: Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact our customer support team to arrange the exchange. The exchange will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will either offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund, including any return shipping costs.

6. Late Returns

Any returns made after the 7-day window are at the discretion of Skinglow.ae and may be subject to a restocking fee or partial refund.
