We currently offer shipping within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We do not currently offer international shipping. However, we may expand our shipping options in the future, and we will notify customers accordingly.

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays).
  • Dispatch Time: Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched for delivery within the same business day or the next, depending on the time of your order.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is processed. Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Typically delivered within 2–5 business days depending on your location.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping, which takes 1–2 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders above AED 200.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: AED 15 for orders below AED 200.
  • Express Shipping Fee: AED 30, regardless of order value.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number and a link to track your order online. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account on SkinGlow.ae.

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. SkinGlow.ae is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at support@skinglow.ae.

Delivery Issues
