All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (UAE-wide): 3–5 business days

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on all orders

Free Shipping: On orders above AED 150

Shipping Fee: AED 15 for orders below AED 150

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email, allowing you to track your shipment in real time.

We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Deliveries to remote or outlying areas may require an additional 1–2 business days.
